[🔗] Umbral-affinity
For those of you who have read the first Cerberus Essay: a further umbral quality of Cerberus is that of ‘umbral-affinity’. This is a property of ‘metaphysical and false-value resonance’ between people afflicted by the same head of Cerberus. They will subconsciously seek out methods that have an affinity with the same head afflicting them, that will strengthen its’ influence; harden bindings; create new chains. That will produce mutations the lead directly away from the dissolving of the false.

This factors in people choosing methods of physical and other praxis, therapists, coaches, mentors and education. Even and especially when people say they ‘are seeking a challenge’, what they normally mean is akin to ‘I want to feel myself working hard but within the bandwidths allowable from the head of Cerberus afflicting my organism’. They want a ‘challenge that forges mutation’. Efforts that given them a more pleasant or powerful forms of unconsciousness.

One of the many problems with this is that – because each head afflicts billions upon billions of human beings – it is very, very easy to find examples of the head-selected ‘pattern-success’; then to point to these and use them to reeinforce pathways of action and endeavour that will only created inauthenticity and further silence ones inner voice [whilst creating a convincing illusion that this is otherwise].15

Knowledge of the pattern-anatomy of Cerberus allows for us to evade these ersatz enrichment optionalities; increasing our ability to discern where best to find the learning opportunities that would balance out and harmonize our development; catalyse authenic expressions from the essence to emerge naturally. Where to find solvents.

So we now find ourselves in a position where we can begin to speak of some of the lesser values of the alchemical stretching and mindshape fasting [all the more if you have read the First Essay]:

[👁️] perception dimensionality increase
The alchemy of Cerberus within the body leads to the increased perception of its influence within ourselves, others, groups, subcultures, cultures and civilisation. This is incredibly useful in this age of [mis]information and memetic contagion. To be able to see umbral affinity alone allows for much more vital choices for our lives. Quite literally: selection of non-mechanical options leads towards the organism escaping its mechanical cage. Not to mention we can begin to clearly select where, when, and whom we are going to source the information and guidance we need in our questing. Finally, there is a huge wonderment, Mystery and non-beige awe that auspiciously seeps into life when you clearly perceive forces and patterns in and underunder the world we a miseducated into seeing. The cogent imbecility of ideation clusters like ‘the meaning crisis’ and ‘the meta-crisis’ scatter as ashes in Destiny’s winds.

[♅] metamemetic hygiene
Perceiving the metamemetic contagion as it manifests memetically and in ourselves, others and the world is not enough – we need ways purge and purified ourselves of and from memetic parasites and ideation virology. Fortoutiously enough, combining the different syllabus of stretching within Physical Alchemy creates builds ‘umbral-defiance’ and immune response, granting us the skills to aid in our virtuous disobedience to mechanical patterning. There are very curious links to a number of health factors, but this is not something that can be spoken on right in this moment.

[☿] finding ones own voice, words and expression
And to round out the triad: all this is of the primest importance and utmost urgency for those who truly wish to find their unique voice and self-expression. Just as we learn anatomy to better our stretching proficiency, so too we learn the word-, idea- and compulsion-anatomy of Cerberus to free ourselves from false authenticity and the red herrings of soulforging.

[🔮] the anatomy of a veil
As we begin to dissect and peer into the anatomy of the beast [Cerberus], we begin to see why it is absent from the historical record, and contempory theorising into humanity, the world, and our place within it. The fasts are not arbritary, they are anatomy.

Indeed, the Second Cerberus Essay will be entitled: ‘Cerberus [Κέρβερος]: the Anatomy of a Veil’. Due in Spring 2024.

The perception of the *aesthetics* currents of Cerberus is not an intellectual ‘uh ha!’ or ‘I get it’ moment; as it is with normal aesthetics that are apprehended by content and intelligence of the mind. It is analogous to physical transmutations accrued over time. Except this occurs in the metametaphysical layer and ripples on upwards.

This piece begins to show how decipherment of information and the body are invovled within the alchemy of Cerberus – and how this work both ways [i.e., the words and ideation and so on can be used to infer if the person has access to the terrain interface where the alchemical work upon Cerberus occurs in the body, or not].

Even the very somatically and metaphysically educated are still largely unawares of just how pervasive and deep Cerberus influence runs in terms of mechanising human behaviour, stripping people of their chance at real individuation and the expression of their unique gifts into the world

Physical Alchemy has as part of its core ethods: finding, raising from latency, and cultivating the actuality of the *gifts* of one’s soul. This is done through the body.

 

[ 🧩 ] fasting of the [mind]shape
Everyone wishes to have their own agency and autonomy of mind. This is a good thing – a human thing – but it is assumptive. People do not factor in the counteracting forces, or look into the nature of agency and its developement [not its innateness]. Just as Repatterning Stretching illuminates the vast subterrean cartography of the body, so to does fasting the shape begin to do this for the metaphysical body [mentation and emotions].

As mentioned earlier in this piece, the word and ideation fasts are quite superficial; music fasts, clothing, all types of things people think they have chosen can be tested and found to be selections of Cerberus16. Some of these are being picked up memetically [but without their placement within the anatomy of Cerberus].

So we return to fasting and purification. Fasting of the mindshape [the metametaphysical attractor, or head of Cerberus one is afflicted by] is purification from patterning. It is purification from mechanicalism. It is stretch trait, character and [false] temperament.

[🧙🏻‍♂️] research society of the physically arcane
The subtitle I often use for the craft of Physical Alchemy is ‘embodied paradox for the 21st century’17. Embodiment is not embodied paradox. There are, however, many other intruging states, qualities and abilities that can be cultivated within a body.

The purpose of the examples of word fasting is show that despite successfully accomplished very difficult other embodied and perceptual skills, the terrain where Cerberus dwells remained elusive for these practitioners. Which makes sense: they do not know the anatomy; cannot perceive the beast, and haven’t done the years of constant vigilence and specific work upon it.

But how wonderful! We are actually living in a potential renaissance period for the understanding of the body, and how it interfaces with the world and Reality [if only we can get along long enough to do the research]. And so, at the encore of this piece, that I will leave an auspicious *idea* laying on the round table.

At the conclusion of the trilogy of Cerberus essays I shall begin working on plans for a ‘research society of the physically arcane’ [or some such]. It will be a group of like-minded but differently expert individuals doing post-sci3ntific neoalchemical research into the human body and its interface with the world; and its potentials to be *evolved* into forms more mercurial for navigation of the epoch shift we are currently invovled in upon planet Earth.

I have expertise in Physical Alchemy. I sound like no other [one potential proof that what I am writing about here has validity]. Suitable candidates will need to be expert in their own crafts. There will be whole new lines of research, and new interfaces with old research. I am going to use the Cerberus materia as a base because of how the disenchanting current activates into forums, collectives, and other groups.

Ideally someone who is sincere about their own *work* upon themselves. Similar to how you chose training partners, but up a level or three in terms of the discernment used in selection. Mutual growth [of essence, not business success] is the corralling factor.

indeed; some of the most amusing ones for C3rberus – explicitly ‘neurobuddhist’, ’philosobot’ and ‘dharmabot’ phylogeny of this head – are fasts from saying ‘Awareness’, ‘the Buddha..’x’’, ‘Mind’, ‘the Brain’, ‘neuro-’, ‘naunce’, ‘cognition’, et fucking al.

and it is Cerberus intoxicated wordage we are looking to fast from, specifically; though other charges do exist. [….]

and this is a different crossroad than where hypnosis operates; or where other ‘languag3’ theories of the likes of RAW and Terence Mckenna situate it. In fact and indeed, these two fellows make up part of a specific ideation-fast for one of the arcane mutation phylogeny of C3rberus.

indeed, some of the testing and *tells* involve the inability of experiences practitioners to clearly differentiate between different orders of physical repatterning and physically alchemical workings. This is the topic of the next article.

in fact you can test for this in people who come to class with previous experience and expertise in physical methods: if they come to class and don’t experience the dimensional different between repatterning and alchemical stretching, they will say they have experienced ‘alchemical stretching’ [and the content of their words, concepts, book selections, and so on will show clear Cerberus infiltration].
If they come and do experience alchemical stretching it will either leave them silenced, genuinely curious, induce a crisis of metaphysics and/or change in the way they use langauge in describing their own methods, and/or it will do any/all of these – and will lead to specific types of dissonance.

So whilst having a physical training heritage and body awareness is useful in learning the outer Repatterning Stretching syllabus, it is oftentimes retarding in learning Alchemical Stretching because of the build up of metaphysical materia that blocks access to the metametaphysical attractor via a number of different pathways depending upon the head of Cerberus afflicting the person.

And again, no suggestion of changing ones political stance – just not engaging with it with anyone [including oneself]. The counter-charm elicited from some C3rberus mutations is one of ‘apoliticality’; but it isn’t suggestive that no one be political, just C3rberus. C1rberus getting involved in politicals can produce wonders. Similarly C2rberus properly educating themselves about politics [and not by someone of C3 ‘educ3ting’ them]. If you understand what is under C3rberus ‘apoliticality’ recoil, you will gain an insight into some of the deeper anatomy of that head.

this was most evident in those whom thought the highest of their own powers of clear thinking and observation [in C3rberus]; or had the strongest false-value superiority complexes [in C2rberus]. The *defensiveness* of the recoil was intruiging, in that these people were no strangers to bodies of work which have the same or analogous concepts involved in their corpuses; often quoting on the nature of the trickery of the mind, or on the Void, the illusory nature of the ‘I’, or on the pernicious nature of thoughts and thinking, and so forth.

a few of the vast arry of other fasts for C3rberus involve silence upon different types of knowledge [something it can be auspicious for C1rberus and C2rberus to begin to introduce more conversation about]. With some of the occult mutations of C3rberus, they have learned to fast from politics but the metametaphysical anatomy ‘lesion’ is still present in the body. For these fasts for ‘spiritual politics’ can be administered: ranging from not speaking of, thinking about, arguing, comparing, finding tradition sympathies and correspondences; any traditions one is not initiated into and currently practicing. In stronger mutations fasting from all esotericism is indicated [can be combined with action-and-deed counterspelling in a ‘return to muggledom protocol’]. Also, it can be seen in C3rberus who have mutated the fasting of politics, that they can remain silent on the aforementioned topics but they always fail the shocks where they need to become vocal in line with supporting Being-duty. Just as speak and word can have a tone, so too are their tones of silence. [….]

this does not mean people choose nothing about what they like, which is a very common emotional recoil to the presentation of Cerberus. It means *a lot* of the content of ones likes, dislikes, aesthetics, opinoins, tastes, preferences, wishes, dreams, et al – are chosen by Cerberus – but not all. And surely removing falsely accrued materia, whilst finding out that which has been truly selected by essence will in fact and indeed lead to one finding more activities and ventures that enliven the soul! And frees up much more timeenergy to enjoy that which we know and love already.

and surely ‘embodied paradox’ will be swindled and used soon enough by some knave who is afflicted by C2rberus, most likely afore years end..!
