Lymphatic drainage is so important for our bodies (and our psychology) health, but sometimes our bodies need to be supported to do so. We do 10-12 presses on each spot, you can think of it as pumping. In order, we begin with that gap (terminal) above the collar bone near the neck, with circular motions. We are pumping downwards where the neck meets the jawbone in the line that goes towards the ear. Then we finish by pumping the groin in and outward, upwards from the point just in the middle of our sternum and abdomen, upwards as we proceed along the pelvis line, upwards through the gap behind the knee and upwards through the sub-line of the bone on the outside of the ankle. From now on, throw your arms in the air and kick your heels in the air. Shake and shake your body, if you have it, jump in the teamball! You can give your lymphs some love with dry brushing after taking a bath like crazy at the party.
