Pursuing different positions of the body without having a field of integration is like learning many interesting words in a foreign language.. But let’s never say it. It is an absolutely necessary part of development, but why does it remain there? I am trying to study body language so that I can express myself freely, not just repeating learned phrases, it was interesting at first glance. In essence, they remain hollow.
The way we work enables an individual to begin transforming the habits, patterns and behavior of their body.
Through movement, we can change both the surface layers of us and deeper corners with lost perception.
