I sure had them when I started barbell training, and had to learn the hard way searching for solutions. ⠀ I want to share my findings in the upcoming course 𝐁𝐮𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐨𝐟 𝐋𝐨𝐰-𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐤, which I plan to offer online and in-person in 2020. Here’s a small preview of what I want to teach you. Too often people enthusiastically train with weights, but are not shown how to balance out the time spent in “frozen spine” positions. What we need more of is PLIABILITY of the spine muscles. So I want to show three exercises that I use with all my clients. They are extremely helpful in unlocking area between the glutes and the low back, which is what most people are talking about when they “hurt their back lifting”. I hope this helps and happy lifting!
