Reactionary and Attentional Agility

Agility ladder training: Look down at your feet while repeating the same memorized footwork pattern over and over again until the ladder ends. How good is that footwork really? We can do better than this. Here, no one tells the athletes how to move, we test how they move. I don’t care if they get better at an isolated footwork exercise.
