The grip, positional refinement and general difficulty of the combination of these 4 behaviors;
(Sideline Kicking, Front-End Grip, Weighted Recovery Arm and Breathing)..
.. is a wild ass holding pattern that will yield benefits to multiple aspects of the stroke it is intended to condition.
