HELP AGAINST GRAVITY AND LAX TISSUES
This shows a full restorative pose using a belt, block, wall, and blanket, but you can play with the idea. I used just a wall and the belt around my back and legs during the latter portion of a presentation and noticed all the fidgeting stopped. When you get in the position, notice the calming and comforting effect as well.
